子宫内膜异位症(EMs)是一种妇科常见病,以盆腔疼痛、月经失调及不孕为特征并严重影响患者生活质量,但其发病机理目前尚不清楚。近年大量基础实验和临床检测资料表明免疫学因素在EMs发生发展中起重要作用。对EMs病程中细胞免疫、体液免疫和分子免疫的变化规律做一系统综述,为将来EMs的免疫诊治提供可能的对策。
Endometriosis (EMs) is a common gynecological disease characterized by pelvic pain, menstrual disorders and infertility and seriously affects the quality of life of patients, but its pathogenesis is not yet clear. In recent years, a large number of basic experimental and clinical test data show that immunological factors play an important role in the occurrence and development of EMs. A systematic review was made on the changes of cellular immunity, humoral immunity and molecular immunity during the course of EMs so as to provide possible countermeasures for future immunological diagnosis and treatment of EMs.
