本文利用MPV-1500摩擦试验机对几种PTFE基自润滑复合材料轴承在干摩擦和20~#机械油润滑下的摩擦学性能进行了系统研究,发现其在20~#机械油润滑下的摩擦系数和磨损量都比干摩擦下的低1—2个数量级,并可使其极限PV值提高1—2个数量级。在所研究的几种PTFE基自润滑复合材料轴承中,钢背-青铜粉-(PTFE+Pb)复合材料非标准轴承E_2在一次性加油润滑和滴油润滑下的极限PV值分别大于120MPa·m/s和135MPa·m/s,是常用巴氏合金轴承在同样润滑条件下极限PV值的数倍,而且它的摩擦学性能良好,故其是一种具有广泛应用前景的高PV值滑动轴承。
In this paper, MPV-1500 friction tester was used to study the tribological properties of several PTFE-based self-lubricating composite bearings under dry friction and 20 ~ # mechanical oil lubrication.
