以陆地棉新陆早35号×益农2号组配的由242个单株构成的F_2群体作为作图群体,利用SSR标记和Joinmap4.0构建了一个遗传连锁图谱。该图谱包含72个标记,分布在20个连锁群上,总长1 286.05 cM,覆盖棉花基因组的29.2%。用完备区间作图法对群体花铃期农艺性状进行了QTL定位分析,共检测到37个QTL位点,株高的7个、始果节高度的2个、节间数的4个、始果节的1个、单叶鲜重的3个、单叶干重的4个、单叶面积的5个、叶绿素含量的2个、单株铃数的9个。通过对棉花重要农艺性状的定位分析,以期找到与这些性状紧密联系的QTL,为今后的育种、分子标记辅助选择和基因克隆提供理论依据。
A total of 242 F2 plants were used as a mapping population in combination with Xinluzao 35 × Xinnong 2 to construct a genetic linkage map using SSR markers and Joinmap4.0. The map contains 72 markers, distributed in 20 linkage groups, the total length of 1 286.05 cM, covering 29.2% of the cotton genome. QTL mapping of agronomic traits was carried out by using the complete interval mapping method. A total of 37 QTLs were detected in the population, including 7 plant height, 2 height of fruit-setting node and 4 internodes 1 fruit per plant, 3 fresh weight per plant, 4 dry weight per leaf, 5 single leaf area, 2 chlorophyll content and 9 bolls per plant. By locating and analyzing the important agronomic traits of cotton, we hope to find the QTLs that are closely linked with these traits and provide the theoretical basis for future breeding, molecular marker-assisted selection and gene cloning.
