珠三角民营物流企业在快速发展的同时,也日益面临薪酬管理方面的问题。翰威特2010年度物流行业薪酬评估结果显示,民营物流企业正面临招聘压力大和员工流失严重的内忧外患状态,这直接影响了企业的经济效益和持续发展。本研究立足于珠三角民营物流企业,对其薪酬管理现状进行分析,在此基础上提出优化薪酬管理体系的三项对策,对珠三角民营物流企业的发展具有十分重要的借鉴意义。
While the PRD private logistics enterprises are developing rapidly, they are also increasingly facing the problem of salary management. Hewitt 2010 annual logistics industry pay evaluation results show that private logistics companies are facing hiring pressure and staff turnover serious internal and external state, which directly affects the economic efficiency and sustainable development. Based on the analysis of the status quo of salary management in private logistics enterprises in Pearl River Delta, this study puts forward three countermeasures to optimize the salary management system, which is of great significance to the development of private logistics enterprises in Pearl River Delta.
