利用日光温室在冬季生产蘑菇,可以提高温室的利用率,降低成本增加收入,为蔬菜供应淡季提供营养食品。我们于1983年11月至翌年元月在日光温室中试种凤尾菇50包,前后收菇6茬,总产660斤,平均每包产量13.2斤,每斤棉子壳产鲜菇1.42斤,生物学效率142％,总收入606.50元,为冬季在不加任何取暖情况下生产鲜菇找到了出路,现将我们的作法介绍如下。
