The brain is an important target organ for soman attack. Hypoxia on the plateau can lead to cerebral edema. The compound effect of the two on brain tissue is not yet clear. To study the changes of free fatty acid (FFA) concentration and brain water content in brain tissue of soman intoxication rats simulated anoxic plateau conditions. Methods: The rat soman intoxication model was duplicated in the low pressure oxygen chamber, and the left hemisphere and the right hemisphere were separated on ice.
