分析了2θ测量随机误差对三维残余应力测量结果的影响,并给出了各应力分量的误差公式,列出了一些常见材料三维残余应力各应力分量的测量误差表。结果表明,三维应力正应力分量的误差约为同样试验条件下平面应力测量误差的2～3倍。指出了降低误差的措施。
The influence of random error of 2θ measurement on the measurement results of three-dimensional residual stress is analyzed. The error formula of each stress component is given, and the measurement error table of some stress components of three-dimensional residual stress of common materials is listed. The results show that the error of normal stress component of 3D stress is about 2 ~ 3 times of the error of plane stress measurement under the same experimental conditions. Pointed out the measures to reduce the error.
