目的 :探讨脑梗死患者血浆内皮素水平变化及红细胞膜钠钾泵、钙泵活性改变及临床意义。方法 :应用非平衡法测定了 4 1例脑梗死患者及 2 6例对照组的血浆内皮素水平和红细胞膜 Na+-K+ATPase、Ca2 +-Mg2 +ATPase活性测定。结果 :脑梗死组血浆内皮素水平明显高于对照组 ,红细胞膜 Na+-K+ATPase和 Ca2 +-Mg2 +ATPase活性明显低于对照组 ,而且血浆内皮素的水平增高与 Na+-K+ATPase和 Ca2 +-Mg2 +ATPase活性呈负相关 ,与 SBP、DBP呈正相关。结论 :内皮素通过收缩血管 ,升高血压 ,影响红细胞膜离子泵活性导致脑血流下降 ,对脑梗死和脑水肿产生不良影响
Objective: To investigate the changes of plasma endothelin level and the changes of sodium and potassium pump and calcium pump in patients with cerebral infarction and its clinical significance. Methods: Plasma endothelin level and Na + -K + ATPase, Ca2 + -Mg2 + ATPase activity in 41 patients with cerebral infarction and 26 control subjects were measured by non-equilibrium method. Results: The level of plasma endothelin in cerebral infarction group was significantly higher than that in control group. The activity of Na + -K + ATPase and Ca2 + -Mg2 + ATPase in erythrocyte membrane was significantly lower than that in control group. The level of endothelin in plasma increased with the increase of Na + -K + ATPase and Ca2 + -Mg2 + ATPase activity was negatively correlated with SBP, DBP was positively correlated. Conclusion: Endothelin has an adverse effect on cerebral infarction and cerebral edema by decreasing blood vessels, increasing blood pressure and affecting the activity of erythrocyte membrane ion pump
