大肠癌是临床常见恶性肿瘤 ,症状无特异性 ,早期大肠癌甚至无任何临床症状易漏诊。本文报道 3 2例。一般资料　我院 1991年 1月～ 2 0 0 1年 6月发现早期大肠癌 3 2例 ,均经内镜下取材及手术切除标本病理检查证实。男19例、女 13例 ,年龄 2 0～ 76岁 ,平均 46岁。临床表现 :血 Colorectal cancer is a common clinical malignancy with no specific symptoms.
