近些年来,神华集团在企业信息化建设方面开展了一系列重要举措,建成了一批重点项目,在促进企业管理创新和管理提升方面收到了很好的效果。本文以“围绕一个目标,抓好两个转变,推进四个发展,实现五个提高”的神华集团发展战略为方向,以神华集团“一体化”运营管理为基础,以信息化促进管理提升为目标,简要介绍了神华集团生产运营监测系统的建设和应用情况。在实践“以信息化带动工业化,促进传统产业升级”的道路上做了一些努力和尝试。希望能够借此与行业同仁相互学习和交流。
