目的探讨硫酸基转移酶2A1(SULT2A1)蛋白与子宫肌瘤的发生、发展之间的关系。方法 30例子宫肌瘤标本均来自中国医科大学附属盛京医院妇科2013年12月至2014年6月因患子宫肌瘤而行子宫全切除术或子宫次全切除术患者。检测子宫肌瘤组织、相应肌瘤包膜外子宫肌层组织及10例因子宫脱垂行子宫切除术的子宫肌层组织中SULT2A1蛋白的表达。结果 SULT2A1蛋白在子宫肌瘤、肌瘤包膜外肌层组织及正常子宫肌层组织中的相对含量分别为(0.207±0.058),(0.332±0.108)和(0.532±0.108),3组比较,F值为28.379,P<0.01。SNK两两比较结果显示,任意两个组别间差异均有统计学意义。肌瘤组与正常子宫肌层组SULT2A1蛋白阳性表达率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);肌瘤组与肌瘤包膜外肌层组SULT2A1蛋白阳性表达率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);肌瘤包膜外肌层组与正常子宫肌层组SULT2A1蛋白阳性表达率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 SULT2A1在子宫肌瘤组织中的低表达可能会导致内源性雌激素水平升高,推测可能抑制子宫肌瘤的发生与发展。
Objective To investigate the relationship between SULT2A1 protein and the occurrence and development of uterine fibroids. Methods 30 cases of uterine fibroids specimens were from Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University Gynecology December 2013 to June 2014 due to uterine fibroids underwent hysterectomy or subtotal hysterectomy patients. To detect the expression of SULT2A1 protein in uterine fibroid tissue, corresponding myoma extracapsular uterine muscle tissue and 10 cases of uterine myometrium due to hysterectomy. Results The relative contents of SULT2A1 protein in uterine fibroids, myometrial outer myometrium and normal myometrium were (0.207 ± 0.058), (0.332 ± 0.108) and (0.532 ± 0.108), respectively. F value was 28.379, P <0.01. SNK pairwise comparison showed that any two groups differences were statistically significant. The positive expression rate of SULT2A1 protein in myoma group and normal myometrium group was significantly higher than that in normal myometrium group (P <0.05). The difference of SULT2A1 protein expression between myoma group and myoma extracranial muscle group was statistically significant (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the positive expression rate of SULT2A1 between myometrial extramedullary and normal myometrium (P> 0.05). Conclusion SULT2A1 low expression in uterine fibroids may lead to elevated levels of endogenous estrogen, presumably may inhibit the occurrence and development of uterine fibroids.
