锅炉省煤器的泄漏对安全生产造成潜在威胁的同时,还影响了整个机组的正常运作。针对高温高压锅炉展开论述,通过对于锅炉省煤器的泄漏产生原因展开分析发现,主要的根源在于燃烧过程中烟气中携带的灰粒与锅炉省煤器管道的不断碰撞,导致了锅炉省煤器管壁的磨损,最终使得省煤器泄漏产生。通过对上述泄漏原因的深入分析,给出了相应的解决方法,即要有效减弱灰粒与管壁之间碰撞。经实践表明,所给出的解决方法可以有效地改善锅炉省煤器的泄漏。 The leakage of the boiler economizer poses a potential threat to safety while affecting the normal operation of the entire unit. Based on the discussion about the high temperature and high pressure boiler, by analyzing the cause of the boiler economizer leakage, the main reason is that the continuous collision between the ash particles in the flue gas and the boiler economizer pipe in the combustion process led to the boiler coal saving Tube wall wear and tear, eventually making the economizer leak.
