目的探讨国产骨科机器人导航手术系统在治疗股骨颈骨折中的作用。方法法自2009年1月~2012年12月,我院共对69例股骨颈骨折病人行空心钉内固定术。其中32例应用国产骨科机器人导航定位手术系统施行手术(导航组),37例采用传统方法进行手术(非导航组);将这两组病人在性别、年龄、手术透视次数、手术时间、手术出血量和Harris评分方面进行对比。结果随访9~36个月,导航组与非导航组在上述对比方面的均值分别为:年龄(61.8岁,53.3岁)、透视次数(36.4次,76.3次)、手术时间(59.6分,90.3分)、出血量(30毫升,76毫升)、Harris评分(80.5,88.2);应用T检验,后4项P值均小于0.05,有显著差异。结论国产骨科机器人导航定位系统治疗股骨颈骨折,在缩短手术时间、减少放射辐射量及手术出血量方面有一定的优势。
Objective To explore the role of domestic orthopedic robotic navigation system in the treatment of femoral neck fracture. Methods from January 2009 to December 2012, a total of 69 cases of femoral neck fracture patients underwent hollow nail fixation. Among them, 32 cases were operated on by the domestic navigation system of navigation and positioning system of orthopedic robots, 37 cases were operated by traditional methods (non-navigation group); The two groups of patients were classified according to sex, age, number of operation fluoroscopy, operation time, Comparisons were made with Harris scores. Results The follow-up of 9 to 36 months showed that the means of comparison between the navigation group and the non-navigation group were as follows: age (61.8 years, 53.3 years), fluoroscopy (36.4 times, 76.3 times), operation time (59.6 points, 90.3 points ), Bleeding amount (30ml, 76ml), Harris score (80.5,88.2) .There was a significant difference between the four P values after using T test. Conclusion The domestic orthopedic robotic navigation and positioning system for the treatment of femoral neck fractures has some advantages in shortening the operation time, reducing the amount of radiation and surgical bleeding.
