胸膜间皮肉瘤临床上少见，国内一组资料显示其发病率占肿瘤的0．04％。而具有胰岛样功能者罕见。临床上极易误诊、误治，我院收治1例，报告如下。患者女，60岁，因反复发作不省人事半年之久，曾多次在我院内科住院治疗。每次发作均在早晨，发作时表现为突然不省人事，持续约30 Pleural mesothelioma is rarely seen clinically.
