全通径射孔工艺技术是在射孔后整个射孔管柱形成与油管直径相当的通径,不需提出管柱或丢枪就可完成生产测井、增产措施等后续作业。本文介绍了全通径射孔工艺技术的3项应用技术:与酸化(加砂)压裂联作;与抽油泵联作;与(酸化)压裂测试联作。分析了江汉油田2口井的实际应用情况。现场应用表明,该技术能缩短试油周期,提高完井效率,为油气田的勘探开发提供了有效的射孔完井方法。
Full-bore perforation process technology is perforating the entire perforation after the formation of the diameter of the tubing diameter and tubing diameter, without the need to put out pipe or gun can be completed production logging, stimulation and other follow-up operations. In this paper, three applications of full-bore perforation process technology are introduced: interworking with acidizing (sandblasting) fracturing; interfacing with sucker-pump; and interworking with (acidification) fracturing. The actual application of two wells in Jianghan Oilfield is analyzed. The field application shows that the technology can shorten the test oil cycle and improve the completion efficiency, and provide an effective perforation completion method for oil and gas field exploration and development.
