目的 利用扩散张量成像 (DTI)和纤维跟踪技术显示胼胝体发育不良状态下脑内纤维结构的变化。方法 患者 ,男 ,9岁 ,头痛 1周。采用SIEMENSTrio 2 0 0 3T完成全脑MRI和DTI数据收集和后处理。结果 常规MRI显示胼胝体体中部以后缺如 ,半球间蛛网膜囊肿 ,右侧向上延伸。纤维跟踪技术显示左侧弓状纤维束、下纵行纤维束、扣带束、海马及外囊等主要的连合、联合纤维走行方向与正常发育不同 ,有左右侧相互支援的趋势。结论 DTI纤维跟踪技术能精确、直观显示先天性发育畸形的脑内白质纤维束 ,有助于预后的评估
Objective To investigate the changes of intracerebral fibrous structure in corpus callosum with dysplasia by diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) and fiber tracking. Methods Patients, male, 9 years old, had a headache for 1 week. Whole-brain MRI and DTI data collection and post-processing were performed using SIEMENSTrio 200T. Results Conventional MRI showed absence of the central part of the corpus callosum, arachnoid cysts in the hemisphere, and an upward extension on the right side. The fiber tracking technique showed that the left anterior arch, the inferior longitudinal fiber bundle, the cingulate bundle, the hippocampus and the outer capsule and other major conjunctions. The direction of the combined fiber walking is different from normal development, with the left and right side supporting each other. Conclusion DTI fiber tracking technology can accurately and directly show the congenital deformity of the brain white matter fiber bundles, contribute to the prognosis of the assessment
