本次动物实验在以往两次实验的基础上,进一步探讨黑木耳血脂和抗动脉粥样硬化作用机理。主要观察胆固醇代谢规律和脂质过氧化指标的变化。实验结果观察到黑木耳组动物的体内胆固醇代谢和转运加快,胆汁和大便排出增加,脂质过氧化程度显著减轻,故动脉粥样硬化程度也减轻。
Based on the previous two experiments, this animal experiment further explored the mechanism of blood lipids and anti-atherosclerosis in black fungus. Mainly observed changes in cholesterol metabolism and lipid peroxidation. The experimental results showed that the cholesterol metabolism and transport in the black fungus group were accelerated, the increase in bile and fecal excretion, and the degree of lipid peroxidation were significantly reduced, so the degree of atherosclerosis was also reduced.
