目的:探讨改良式悬吊皮牵引治疗婴幼儿股骨干骨折的疗效。方法:24例婴幼儿股骨干骨折,随机分为分2组,各12例,分别应用改良式悬吊皮牵引和传统的胶布粘贴垂直悬吊皮牵引治疗,观察疗效及皮肤情况。结果:24例患儿经3周悬吊皮牵引后,骨折愈合情况及患肢外观均优良,松脱情况相似,但改良组皮肤情况明显优于传统组。结论:改良式悬吊皮牵引因使用医用海绵与患肢皮肤接触,减少了胶布的过敏诱因,且海绵吸汗透气,接触面积大,牵引稳定,在保证骨折愈合的疗效下,大大减少了牵引所致的皮肤损害。
Objective: To investigate the curative effect of modified suspension skin traction for infantile femoral shaft fracture. Methods: Twenty-four infantile femoral shaft fractures were randomly divided into 2 groups and 12 in each. Traction with vertical suspension was performed by traction and traditional tape dressing respectively. Efficacy and skin condition were observed. RESULTS: Twenty-four children underwent traction after 3 weeks of suspension. The fracture healing and appearance of the affected limb were excellent and the release was similar. However, the skin condition of the modified group was significantly better than that of the traditional group. CONCLUSION: The improved suspension skin traction uses the medical sponge to contact with the skin of the affected limbs to reduce the allergy inducement of the adhesive tape. The sponge absorbs sweat and breathe. The contact area is large and the traction is stable. With the curative effect of ensuring fracture healing, the towing site Causes skin damage.
