利用流体仿真技术对某直升机燃油增压泵过流部件进行优化设计,并完成了试验验证。结果表明,经过理论设计-仿真计算-理论设计循环优化后的产品,其性能明显优于原型产品:提高了泵的效率,降低了泵的消耗电流,提高产品工作稳定性。
The fluid flow simulation technology was used to optimize the overcurrent component of a helicopter fuel booster pump and the experimental verification was completed. The results show that after theoretical design, simulation and theoretical optimization, the performance of the optimized product is obviously better than that of the prototype product. The efficiency of the pump is increased, the current consumption of the pump is reduced, and the stability of the product is improved.
