目的通过鞣花酸对免疫细胞和细胞因子的定量化实验,筛选新的免疫调节制剂。方法实验小鼠ig鞣花酸(2、10、50 mg/kg)10 d,测定体质量变化、脾脏指数,采用酶标法观察鞣花酸对脾淋巴细胞增殖的影响,采用流式细胞仪测定脾脏中自然杀伤(NK)细胞的活性和辅助性T淋巴细胞(Th)1和Th2分泌的细胞因子的量。结果鞣花酸对脾淋巴细胞的增殖无明显影响,鞣花酸(10、50 mg/kg)明显增强NK细胞的活性,对细胞因子的分泌有轻微影响。结论鞣花酸主要通过影响NK细胞活性而起到一定的免疫调节作用。
OBJECTIVE To screen new immunomodulatory agents through quantitative experiments of ellagic acid on immune cells and cytokines. Methods The mice were treated with ellagic acid (2, 10 and 50 mg / kg) for 10 days. The body weight and spleen index were measured. The effects of ellagic acid on the proliferation of splenic lymphocytes were observed by flow cytometry The amount of cytokines secreted by natural killer (NK) cells and secreted by helper T lymphocytes (Th) 1 and Th2 in the spleen was determined. Results Ellagic acid had no effect on the proliferation of splenic lymphocytes. Ellagic acid (10,50 mg / kg) significantly enhanced the activity of NK cells and slightly affected the secretion of cytokines. Conclusion Ellagic acid played a certain immunomodulatory role by affecting NK cell activity.
