“龙生九子,各有不同。”在一个班级中,学生之间的个体差异是客观存在的。尤其是当前初、高中的普及,学生之间的差距,普遍较大,传统“一刀切”的教学模式,不仅会影响学生各方面素质的提高,学生个性和特长的发展,而且还出现了严重的“优生吃不饱,中生吃不好,差生吃不了”的尴尬教学局面。再加上我国的教育方针以及新课程改革标准对于“面向全体,大面积提高教育教学质量”的要求,实施“分层教学”成为必然。就为什么要分层,如何分层教学两个方面进行了粗略的阐述。
