针对路面混凝土材料的抗折强度、抗折弹性模量、抗压强度以及劈裂强度进行长龄期(1.5 a)试验研究,获得各自的统计参数,分析其变化情况,拟合路面混凝土材料的性能指标与龄期的函数方程。并比较室内标准养护与室外自然条件养护2种养护条件下混凝土材料路用性能的差别,探讨混凝土强度随龄期的发展规律,分析混凝土抗折强度与劈裂强度的关系、抗压强度与抗折强度的关系,全面总结出路面混凝土材料长龄期性能指标发展规律。最后,通过对压折比数据的分析,建议通过控制抗折强度和水灰比等措施,来降低混凝土板的脆性。
Long-term (1.5 a) experimental study on the flexural strength, flexural modulus, compressive strength and splitting strength of pavement concrete materials was made, and their statistical parameters were obtained. The changes of the concrete materials were analyzed to fit the concrete pavement Performance index and age function equation. The differences of pavement performance between two kinds of curing conditions, including standard curing and outdoor curing, are discussed. The relationship between the flexural strength and the splitting strength of the concrete is analyzed. The compressive strength and resistance Fold strength relationship, a comprehensive summary of pavement concrete long-term performance indicators of the development of law. Finally, through the analysis of the crimp ratio data, it is suggested to reduce the brittleness of the concrete slab by controlling the flexural strength and water-cement ratio.
