乳腺癌是全球女性发病率最高的恶性肿瘤,目前肿瘤耐药、复发和转移仍是大多数乳腺癌患者治疗失败的主要原因。类器官是一种新型的体外3n D培养模型。体外培养的患者肿瘤来源类器官与其体内来源组织或器官高度相似,并可以稳定维持肿瘤细胞的体内异质性。目前已在包括乳腺癌在内的多种肿瘤建立了可靠的体外类器官培养模型。乳腺癌类器官模型的建立,为探究乳腺癌生物学特性、肿瘤发生发展机制,以及乳腺癌特异性药物筛选、个性化治疗方案选择等开辟了新的途径。本文对乳腺癌类器官进行介绍,并综述该技术在乳腺癌研究及治疗中的最新进展。n “,”Breast cancer has become the female malignant tumor with the highest incidence in the world. At present, tumor resistance, recurrence and metastasis are still the main reasons for treatment failure in the majority of breast cancer patients. Organoid is a new type of n in vitro 3D culture model. The patient-derived tumor organoids cultured n in vitro are highly similar to the original tissues or organs derived from n in vivo, and can stably maintain the heterogeneity of tumor cells n in vivo. Currently, the reliable organoid culture models n in vitro have been established in a variety of tumors including breast cancer. The establishment of breast cancer organoid model has opened up new avenues to explore the biological characteristics, the mechanism of tumorigenesis and progression of breast cancer, as well as the screening of specific drug and the selection of personalized treatment strategies for breast cancer. This article introduces the breast cancer organoids, and reviews the latest advances of this technology in breast cancer research and treatment.n
