激励策略是企业经营管理中的一项重要手段,对于激发员工的工作积极性、提升企业归属感有积极作用。近年来,油田企业面临的市场竞争日趋激烈,企业要想提升核心竞争力,除了需要在设备、技术等硬件方面取得领先优势外,还必须重视人力资源的潜在价值。文章首先指出了油田企业经营管理中激励决策的现状,随后在概述激励决策重要作用的基础上,就油田企业如何进行激励决策的优化提出了几点建议。

In recent years, the market competition facing oilfield enterprises is becoming fiercer and fiercer.
