基于某露天矿具体工况,运用LS-DYNA显式非线性动力分析有限元程序分别建立微差时间0ms,25ms,42ms和65ms有限元模型,结合数学软件Matlab进行能量分析,获得了4种工况下模拟测点峰值振速和能量衰减规律,分析结果表明:微差时间42ms时总能量衰减率最大,并结合峰值振速衰减规律得出不是微差时间越长越好的结论。从振速和能量角度探索了适合该露天矿的孔间微差时间,达到降振的目的。
Based on the specific working conditions of a certain open-pit mine, LS-DYNA explicit nonlinear dynamic analysis finite element program was used to establish the finite difference models of 0 ms, 25 ms, 42 ms and 65 ms respectively. The energy analysis was carried out with mathematic software Matlab, The simulation results show that the total energy decay rate is the maximum when the micro-differential time is 42ms, and the conclusion is obtained that the longer the micro-differential time is, the better the combination of the decay rate of the peak vibration. From the perspective of vibration velocity and energy, we explore the time difference between holes suitable for the open pit mine and achieve the purpose of reducing vibration.
