耐挫能力的高低是反映着一个人的心理素质,是素质教育的终极追求。小学生作为祖国未来的栋梁和参与世界竞争的主角,他们的生活、学习和交往等一切活动都是与心理紧密联系在一起的,我们应该高度关注学生的心理健康,有必要对他们进行挫折教育,这是现代教育发展的必然要求。因为挫折是生活中不可避免的,而耐挫能力的培养离不开学校教育。教育教学活动无不与学生心理的发生与发展密切相关。在教学中对学生实施挫折教育是时代发展的必然要求。耐挫能力的培养是挫折教育的中心,是学生必备的心理品质,但是在挫折教育方面独具优势的语文学科并没有发挥应有的作用。本文通过,在小学语文教学中进行心理耐挫能力的培养,在语文教学中实施耐挫教育的目的、策略进行思考,目的在提高学生语文素养的同时,提高他们的心理素质和心理健康水平,促进学生综合素质的提高和个性的全面发展。

The purpose of this article is to improve the students ’Chinese literacy while improving their mental quality and mental health by cultivating students’ ability to endure mental frustration in Chinese teaching in primary schools and thinking about the purpose and tactics of implementing frustrated education in Chinese teaching.
