新干线车辆的车轴采用中心镗孔的空心车轴。在交替检查时,列车在不落轮状态下进行车轴的超声波探伤检查。由于车辆的质量,且车轴上作用着弯曲载荷,裂纹的反射波高度可能会发生变化。本文叙述空心车轴在不落轮状态下的超声波探伤特征。另外,作为确认反射高度变化的方法,介绍了采用实体轮轴进行超声波探伤的试验及其结果。
Shinkansen vehicles using the center of the axle bore hollow shaft. In the alternate inspection, the train does not fall round the state of the axle ultrasonic inspection. Due to the quality of the vehicle and the bending load acting on the axle, the reflected wave height of the crack may change. This article describes the ultrasonic testing features of a hollow axle without dropping off wheel. In addition, as a method of confirming the change of the reflection height, a test of the ultrasonic flaw detection using the solid axle and the result thereof are described.
