目的 为探讨99mTc -甲氧基异丁基异腈 (MIBI)诊断乳腺肿瘤的临床价值及其不同组织病理学特点显像特征。方法 对 12 5例患乳腺肿物病人进行99mTc -MIBI动态多相显像及半定量分析 ,计算储留指数。结果 乳腺肿块显像特点随组织病理学类型不同有明显差别。此法检出乳腺癌的灵敏度与特异性分别为 90 %与 87%。结论 99mTc -MIBI是术前筛选和鉴别乳腺良恶性病变较好的方法 ,但对低密度癌细胞的肿瘤 ,中心坏死血供不良的恶性肿瘤诊断效果不佳
Objective To investigate the clinical value of 99mTc - methoxyisobutylisonitrile (MIBI) in the diagnosis of breast tumors and its imaging features of different histopathological features. Methods A total of 125 breast tumor patients underwent 99mTc-MIBI dynamic multi-phase imaging and semi-quantitative analysis to calculate the retention index. Results breast tumor imaging characteristics with different histopathological types are significantly different. This method detects breast cancer sensitivity and specificity were 90% and 87%. Conclusions 99mTc-MIBI is a good method for preoperative screening and differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions. However, the diagnostic value of 99mTc-MIBI is poor in low-density cancer cells and malignant tumors with poor central blood supply
