目的 探讨牙颌畸形矫治中种植体支抗的临床应用效果及价值.方法 选取2012G1-2014G12我院收治的安氏I类、II类急性矫治患者50例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法,于整平排齐、关闭拔牙间隙阶段分为观察组(n=25)与对照组(n=25),分别以微型钝肽为种植体支抗关系、常规方法关闭间隙,比较两组临床疗效.结果 随访期间,观察组SNA、ANB及OJ等指标均明显优于对照组,差异显著(P<005),具有统计学意义;种植体未发生脱落现象.结论 在牙颌畸形矫治中,微型钝钛种植体可维持稳定的正畸支抗,应用效果佳,值得在临床上进一步推广应用.
Objective To investigate the clinical effect and value of implant anchorage in the treatment of dento-mandibular deformity.Methods Fifty cases of Class I and II acute orthopedic patients admitted to our hospital from 2012G1-2014G12 were selected as the research object. According to the random number table method, The patients were divided into the observation group (n = 25) and the control group (n = 25). The mini-blunted peptides were used as implant anchorage. The clearance was closed by conventional methods. The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results During the follow-up period, the indexes of SNA, ANB and OJ in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference (P <005), which was statistically significant and no implant shedding occurred.Conclusion In the treatment of dento-maxillofacial deformity, Titanium implants can maintain a stable orthodontic support, good application effect, it is worth to further promote the clinical application.
