环状流程的集油阀组间工艺流程是外围低渗透、低产油田开发的一种工艺,这种工艺以其投资少、施工周期短、见效快、在外围油田得到了大面积的应用。但由于每个流程一般管辖3~7口油井,掺水压力不易控制,回油温度不好调整,且由于区块产量递减,集油环管辖的部分油井逐步报废、转注、转提捞,致使环回油压力下降,温度波动,经常造成堵环事故的发生,针对以上问题,分析导致低温环的原因,并对集油掺水系统进行改进设计。
