琥珀酸脱氢酶(succinate dehydrogenase,SDH),又称复合物Ⅱ,是仅有的一个既参与三羧酸循环又参与电子传递链的催化酶,还是惟一在三羧酸循环中可在催化过程中发生底物水平磷酸化的催化酶~[1]。SDH是典型的抑癌基因,其突变与胃肠间质瘤(gastrointestinal stromal tumors,GIST)的发生发展密切相关,但目前尚无直接证据表明SDH突变是其直接病因~[2]。目前最受研究者关注的是GIST与SDH
Succinate dehydrogenase (SDH), also known as complex II, is the only catalytic enzyme involved in both the TCA cycle and the electron transport chain, or the only catalytic process in the TCA cycle. Catalytic enzyme in substrate level phosphorylation [1]. SDH is a typical tumor suppressor gene. Its mutation is closely related to the occurrence and development of gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST). However, there is no direct evidence that the SDH mutation is its direct cause [2]. Most researchers are currently concerned about GIST and SDH.
