用实验手段,研究了不同粘度下叶片数对65Y60型离心油泵性能的影响。结果表明,随着粘度的增高,叶片数对离心油泵性能影响的程度减弱。当运动粘度低于200cSt时,最优叶片数为5片;当粘度高于200cSt时,最优叶片数为3片。
By means of experiment, the effect of different number of blades on the performance of 65Y60 centrifugal oil pump was studied. The results show that with the increase of viscosity, the influence of the number of blades on the performance of centrifugal oil pump is weakened. When the kinematic viscosity is lower than 200 cSt, the optimal number of leaves is 5; when the viscosity is higher than 200 cSt, the optimal number of leaves is 3.
