“以学生为主体,以教师为主导”是现代教学的指导思想。但是长期以来,人们习惯把教学理解为:以教为基础,先教后学;教师教多少,学生就学多少;教师怎样教,学生就怎样学。因此,这一僵化的教学思想禁锢了广大教师的思维,那种在课堂上,教师成为课堂的主角,学生沦为看客的现象依然存在。学生的自主性、独创性缺失,主体性被压抑,学生的综合素养无法得到提高。当前语文课堂教学普遍存在着高耗低效的问题,社会关注、报社访谈家长担忧、老师焦虑。要提高语文课堂教学效益,必须从以教师的教为中心转变到以学生的学为中心的轨道上来,从以课堂为中心
“Students as the mainstay, with teachers as the leading ” is the guiding ideology of modern teaching. However, for a long time, people used to interpret teaching as teaching-based teaching, after-school teaching, how many teachers teach, how many students go to school, how teachers teach students how to learn. Therefore, this rigid teaching idea imprisons the thinking of the majority of teachers. In the classroom, teachers become the main characters in the classroom. The phenomenon that students become spectators still exists. Students’ autonomy, lack of originality, subjectivity are suppressed, the overall quality of students can not be improved. At present, there are ubiquitous problems of high consumption and inefficiency in Chinese language teaching.
