大鼠肾移植慢性排斥反应期间白细胞介素-2受体和细胞间粘附分子-1的表达

为探讨移植肾白细胞介素 2受体 (IL- 2 R)和细胞粘附分子 - 1(ICAM- 1)的表达在肾移植慢性排斥反应中的地位及诊断价值 ,选用近交大鼠 F344和 L EW进行左侧原位肾移植 ,于术后 10 d切除右侧自体肾 ,分别于术后第 4、 12~ 16、 >32周处死各组动物 ,取移植肾标本进行病理检查 ,并应用免疫组织化学技术 SP法检测移植肾中 IL- 2 R和 I-CAM- 1的表达。结果发现同种异体肾移植组于第 4周开始出现 IL- 2 R及 ICAM- 1的表达 ,于 32周达高峰 ,明显高于自体肾移植组和同质移植组。提示 IL- 2 R和 ICAM- 1的表达变化在肾移植慢性排斥反应中起重要作用 To investigate the role of interleukin 2 receptor (IL-2R) and cell adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) expression in chronic rejection of renal allograft, EW for left orthotopic kidney transplantation. The right renal autotransplantation was performed on the 10th day after operation. The animals in each group were sacrificed on the 4th, 12th to 16th, and 32th weeks after the operation, respectively. The grafts were transplanted for pathological examination and immunized The histochemical technique was used to detect the expression of IL-2R and I-CAM-1 in renal allografts. The results showed that the expressions of IL-2R and ICAM-1 in the allograft kidney transplantation group began to appear at the 4th week, reaching the peak at 32 weeks, which was significantly higher than that of the autologous kidney transplantation group and the homograft transplantation group. These results suggest that the changes of IL-2R and ICAM-1 expression play an important role in chronic rejection of renal allograft
