慢性病已经成为中国人民健康的主要威胁,身体活动水平不足是其主要危险因素之一。应对这一状况,卫生部疾病控制局发布了《中国成人身体活动指南》(下简称《指南》),以帮助医药卫生专业人员指导大众的身体活动。《指南》中提出的5项身体活动建议为:①每日进行6~10千步当量身体活动;②经常进行中等强度的有氧运动;③积极参加各种体育和娱乐活动;④维持和提高肌肉关节功能;⑤日常生活“少静多动”。本文围绕这5项建议作一简要解读,帮助读者更好地理解《指南》内容。
Chronic diseases have become a major threat to the health of Chinese people. Insufficient physical activity is one of the major risk factors. To cope with this situation, the Disease Control Bureau of the Ministry of Health issued the “Guidelines for Physical Activity of Adult People in China” (hereinafter referred to as the “Guidebook”) to help medical and health professionals guide the general public’s physical activity. The five recommendations for physical activity in the Guide are: ① 6-10 kbd physical activity daily; ② regular moderate-intensity aerobic exercise; ③ active participation in various sports and recreational activities; ④ maintenance and improvement Muscle and joint function; ⑤ daily life “less static and more movement ”. This article will give a brief overview of the five suggestions to help readers better understand the contents of the Guide.
