本文观察１５３例恶性肿瘤患者发现红细胞变形能力（ＲＣＤ）明显低于正常人（Ｐ＜０．０１），病期越晚，ＲＣＤ下降则越明显．ＲＣＤ下降与血液粘度增高、ＲＢＣ膜过氧化性损害加重有关．血粘度增高及ＲＣＤ下降有利于肿瘤细胞的附壁及癌性血栓形成，有利于肿瘤的生长及转移．本文认为，检测ＲＣＤ对了解病情及估计预后有重要意义．
This article observed 153 patients with malignant tumors found red blood cell deformability (RCD) was significantly lower than normal (P <0.01), the later the disease, RCD decreased the more obvious. The decrease of RCD is related to the increase of blood viscosity and the increase of peroxidative damage of RBC membrane. Increased blood viscosity and decreased RCD are conducive to tumor cell adhesion and cancerous thrombosis, which is beneficial to tumor growth and metastasis. This article believes that the detection of RCD is important for understanding the condition and estimating the prognosis.
