介绍了用低分辨 MAT-250 气体质谱计准确测定氢氘化锂样品中氘丰度的分析技术。结果表明,对不同氘丰度的气体样品,测量不确定度小于 0.2%,氘丰度测量值在±0.2%的误差范围内是可信的。
The analytical technique for accurate determination of deuterium abundance in lithium hydrogen deuteride samples by using a low resolution MAT-250 gas mass spectrometer is introduced. The results show that for gas samples with different deuterium abundances, the measurement uncertainty is less than 0.2% and the deuterium abundance measurement is within ± 0.2% of the error range is credible.
