目的对新疆紫草提取物中的化学成分进行初步研究。方法采用系统预试法,对紫草的水提液、酸性乙醇提取液、乙醇提取液、石油醚提取液进行研究,对其可能含有的化学成分进行初步确定。结果新疆紫草中可能含有氨基酸、蛋白质、糖及其苷类、皂苷、鞣质、酚类、有机酸、萜类、甾体类、香豆素及内酯、黄酮类、蒽醌类、生物碱类、油脂等化学成分。结论初步确定紫草可能含有的化学成分,为紫草的深度利用和开发奠定基础。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Lithospermum extract in Xinjiang. Methods A systematic pre-test method was used to study the aqueous extracts of Lithospermum, acidic ethanol extract, ethanol extract and petroleum ether extract. The possible chemical constituents were determined initially. Results Lithospermum may contain amino acids, proteins, sugars and their glycosides, saponins, tannins, phenols, organic acids, terpenes, steroids, coumarins and lactones, flavonoids, anthraquinones, Alkali, grease and other chemical composition. Conclusion The preliminary determination of the possible chemical constituents of Lithospermum can lay a foundation for the deep utilization and development of Lithospermum.
