研究了水产品中伊维菌素、阿维菌素、莫能菌素、埃普里诺菌素、多拉菌素的液液萃取-高效液相色谱分析方法。样品用异辛烷进行提取,蒸干后用正己烷溶解,再用乙腈进行反萃取净化,用N-甲基咪唑和三氟乙酸酐进行衍生,经ODS-3柱分离后液相色谱荧光检测器检测。伊维菌素、阿维菌素、莫能菌素、埃普里诺菌素、多拉菌素的的检出限均能达到1.0μg/kg。在添加1~50μg/kg的浓度范围内,平均添加回收率为78.9%~106%,相对标准偏差为5.8%~11.2%。
