目的:对某医院典型射波刀机房辐射防护进行估算,评价其是否符合防护要求。方法:参照IAEASafety Reports Series No.47推荐的方法,选用NCRP Report No.151的相关计算参数。结果:该射波刀机房防护墙、顶、门外各参考点人员年附加剂量估算值为1.5×10-5-0.45mSv/a,防护可满足(GB18871-2002)限值要求。结论:射波刀机房防护设计应同时考虑四周墙体对主射线的防护,还需考虑主射线直接穿过迷路内墙和防护门的辐射剂量贡献。
Objective: To estimate the radiation protection of a typical Cyberknife room in a hospital and evaluate whether it meets the requirements of protection. Methods: Refer to IAE Safety Reports Series No. 47 for the recommended method and use the relevant calculation parameters for NCRP Report No. 151. Results: The annual dose of additional dose for each reference point at the protection wall, top and door of this cymbal knife room is estimated to be 1.5 × 10-5-0.45mSv / a, and the protection can meet the requirements of (GB18871-2002). CONCLUSION: The protection design of the Cyberknife room should also consider the protection of the main ray around the wall body. It is also necessary to consider the radiation dose contribution of the main ray directly through the lost inner wall and the protective door.
