铜、锌元素均为体内必需微量元素,是机体生长发育、组织代谢、造血、免疫等多种生理功能不可缺少的元素.其在体内缺乏或分布异常与许多疾病的发生、发展密切相关.为探讨正常儿童两种元素在不同组织的分布特点及相互关系,本文同时测定了正常儿童红细胞、血清及头发中铜、锌元素含量。1 对象和方法选择正常儿童42名(男22名,女20名),年龄4~11岁.抽取肘静脉血6ml,3ml用于分离血清,余3ml用离心法分离红细胞.用日本日立公司180—80
