随着我国社会对于青少年体质与健康的重视程度越来越高,运动干预的效果也逐渐地引起了社会各界的重视和探讨。本文采用文献资料查阅以及统计数据处理等方式,对缙云县初中以及高中这两个阶段学生的相关指标进行了测量。实验的结果显示,在接受了长达十二周的运动干预之后,青少年普遍都取得了比较显著的健身效果。运动干预的内容以及干预的方式等能够对青少年的体质加以增强,增强他们的健康水平。
With the increasing attention of our society to the physique and health of adolescents, the effect of sports intervention has gradually attracted the attention and discussion from all walks of life. In this paper, literature review and statistical data processing and other means of junior high school in Jinyun County and high school students in these two stages of the relevant indicators were measured. The results of the experiment showed that after a dozen weeks of exercise intervention, adolescents generally achieved more significant fitness results. The content of exercise intervention and the way of intervention can enhance the constitution of adolescents and enhance their health.
