采用纤维喉镜下微波组织凝固的方法，治疗了声带小结21例，声带息肉14例，随访3～13个月，均未见复发。认为本治疗方法具有手术视野暴露好，对周围正常声带组织无损伤，病变切除彻底及疗效高等优点，并且扩大了纤维限镜下手术的应用范围。
21 cases of vocal nodules and 14 cases of vocal cord polyps were treated with microwave tissue coagulation under fiberlaryngoscope. All the cases were followed up for 3 ~ 13 months without recurrence. It is considered that this treatment method has the advantages of good surgical field exposure, no damage to surrounding normal vocal cord tissue, complete removal of the lesions and high curative effect, and expands the scope of application of the fiber endoscopic surgery.
