目的:了解高校图书馆员的工作压力源、压力状况,通过实证研究,为解决高校图书馆员工作压力问题提供方法论指导。方法:通过查阅文献,设计适合本研究人群的调查问卷,并以海南省高校图书馆为调查基地,对在校任职的图书馆员进行问卷调查,借助统计软件SPSS17.0对调查问卷进行信度和效度检验,运用因子分析方法从众多高校图书馆员工作压力变量中提取相互独立的7个因子。结果:得出高校图书馆员工作压力最终得分;9.48%的图书馆员认为工作没有压力,48.10%的图书馆员认为工作压力较小,40.48%的图书馆员认为压力较大,1.92%的图书馆员认为压力很大。结论:高校图书馆员工作压力7个维度中压力感由高到低排序分别为学校管理及制度、职业发展、社会因素、工作负荷、个人特质、家庭问题和人际关系。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the source of work stress and pressure of university librarians, and to provide methodological guidance for solving the problem of librarians’ work pressure through empirical research. Methods: By referring to the literature, we designed a questionnaire suitable for our study population. Taking the Hainan Provincial University Library as a research base, we conducted a questionnaire survey on the librarians serving in the university, and carried out the reliability of the questionnaire with SPSS17.0 And validity test, using factor analysis method to extract seven independent factors from the working pressure variables of many university librarians. Results: The final score of working pressure of college librarians was obtained. 9.48% of the librarians thought that there was no pressure of work, 48.10% of the librarians thought the work pressure was less, 40.48% of the librarians thought the pressure was greater, 1.92% Librarians think the pressure is great. Conclusion: The order of descending pressure among the seven dimensions of Librarians’ work pressure is high school management and system, career development, social factors, work load, personal traits, family problems and interpersonal relationships.
