提高机体抗肿瘤的免疫力,特别是细胞免疫能力以达到抑制肿瘤的目的,是目前肿瘤生物治疗研究的主要方向之一。超抗原(Superantigen,SAg)是一类能够高效地刺激T细胞增殖并且促使其释放多种大量的细胞因子的蛋白质分子。用外源性SAg抗肿瘤是近年来出现的一种新型肿瘤免疫治疗实验研究模式。这种供助“外力”-SAg以提高机体自身抗肿瘤免疫能力的模式的实验研究效果也明显优于机体固有的细胞因子等的抗肿瘤作用,是一种很有希望的高效肿瘤免疫治疗方法。
Improving the body’s anti-tumor immunity, especially the cellular immunity, in order to achieve the purpose of suppressing tumors is one of the main directions of current research on tumor biological therapy. Superantigen (SAg) is a type of protein molecule that can efficiently stimulate the proliferation of T cells and promote its release of a large number of cytokines. The use of exogenous SAg anti-tumor is a new model of tumor immunotherapy research that has emerged in recent years. This experimental study of SAg to enhance the body’s own anti-tumor immunity is also superior to the anti-tumor effects of the body’s inherent cytokines. It is a promising and highly effective method for tumor immunotherapy. .
