目的:通过正交试验优选出较满意的测定鸭肉中低浓度铅的石墨炉原子吸收法条件。方法:将鸭肉微波消解,对消化液进行灰化温度、原子化温度、原子化时间、灰化时间四因素三水平的正交试验。结果:原子化温度1200℃、灰化时间30s、灰化温度600℃、原子化时间2s是较满意的实验条件。结论:正交试验试验量少,适用于石墨炉原子吸收法测定鸭肉中低浓度铅的实验条件筛选。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the conditions of graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry for the determination of low concentration lead in duck meat by orthogonal test. Methods: The duck meat was digested by microwave. The digestion fluid was subjected to orthogonal experiment of four factors and three levels of ashing temperature, atomization temperature, atomization time and ashing time. Results: Atomization temperature 1200 ℃, ashing time 30s, ashing temperature 600 ℃ and atomization time 2s were satisfactory experimental conditions. Conclusion: The results of orthogonal experiment are few and suitable for the screening of experimental conditions of low concentration lead in duck meat by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.
