目前,在国有企业党组织建设中,有一种较为普遍的现象:党员年龄偏大,青年员工中党员数量少,在青年员工中发展党员的速度赶不上党员年龄老化的步伐。要完成在社会主义市场经济条件下国有企业党组织所担负的重任,建立健全保持共产党员先进性长效机制,就必须夯实根基,高度重视并认真做好在青年员工中发展党员的工作。
At present, there is a more common phenomenon in the building of party organizations in state-owned enterprises: the party members are old, the number of party members among young employees is small, and the pace of developing party members among young employees can not keep up with the aging of party members. To accomplish the important task of party organizations run by state-owned enterprises under the conditions of a socialist market economy and to establish and improve a long-term mechanism to maintain the advanced nature of party members, we must lay a solid foundation and attach great importance to and conscientiously do a good job in developing party members among young staff.
