基础教育课程改革是全面推进素质教育的主要内容之一,作为课程实施者的高中生物教师对新课程的适应状况如何,直接决定了新课程的实施成效。本文对新课改下高中生物教师的角色与职责转变进行分析,以期有效适应新课改的要求,培养高素质人才。
The reform of basic education curriculum is one of the main contents of promoting quality education in an all-round way. How high-school biology teacher as the implementer of the curriculum adapts to the new curriculum directly determines the effectiveness of the new curriculum. This article analyzes the role and responsibility transformation of high school biology teachers under the new curriculum reform, in order to effectively adapt to the requirements of the new curriculum reform and cultivate high-quality personnel.
