以PVC(聚氯乙烯)糊树脂和掺混树脂为基体树脂、DOP(邻苯二甲酸二辛酯)为增塑剂、液体NBR(丁腈橡胶)为辅助增塑剂、气相二氧化硅为稳定剂、碳酸钙(纳米、超细重质)和炭黑为填料,并引入稀释剂、增黏剂等助剂,制备了汽车油箱用防护胶。研究结果表明:当固化温度为170℃、w(增黏剂)=13%、w(纳米碳酸钙)=100%~140%和w(DOP)=160%(均相对于PVC树脂总质量而言)时,该防护胶具有相对最好的综合性能,其邵A硬度为60、拉伸强度为1.88 MPa、断裂伸长率为114.8%,并且与钢板、中涂和面漆附着力良好,而且柔韧性和外观装饰性较佳。
