针对国内某制管厂在对管材进行拉伸试验时屈服强度普遍偏高问题进行了深入调查分析,结果显示:试验机系统误差是拉伸屈服强度和抗拉强度偏高的原因之一;此外,误把规定非比例延伸强度R视为管线钢屈服强度R,是屈服强度普遍升高的主要原因。
According to a domestic pipe factory in the tensile test of pipe when the yield strength is generally high the issue was investigated in depth, the results show that: the test machine system error is tensile yield strength and high tensile strength of one of the reasons; in addition , Mistakenly stipulated non-proportional extension strength R as the yield strength of pipeline steel R, is the main reason for the general increase in yield strength.
